What this policy covers
This policy applies to every photo you upload to Choosin Texas Emo AI Video and every video you generate or share from it.
What you can make
You can turn a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has given you clear permission, into the fixed template. Light-hearted fan edits and private social posts are welcome when everyone involved agrees.
What is not allowed
Do not upload minors, celebrities or public figures. Do not create sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content, or content that puts someone in a situation they were not in. Do not use a result to impersonate someone, commit fraud, evade identity checks or mislead people about real events. Do not upload photos you do not have the rights to use.
Consent and permissions
By uploading a photo you confirm that it is yours or that you have permission from the person shown. Permission must cover the specific use you plan, including posting it publicly or commercially. A public photo is not automatically permission to animate it.
Audio and trademarks
The first version delivers silent video. If you add music or other audio, you are responsible for having the rights to use it. Do not imply that this tool or your video is official, sponsored or endorsed by an artist, label or platform.
Reporting content
If you believe a generated video breaks this policy or your rights, email support@choosintexasemoai.com with the video link. We review reports and remove qualifying content.
Enforcement
We may block uploads, cancel orders that break this policy and report serious violations to the relevant authorities. If you believe a decision was wrong, contact support@choosintexasemoai.com.
