Using the service

Choosin Texas Emo AI Video turns one uploaded photo into a fixed 15-second vertical video. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Your content and consent

Only upload photos you own or have clear permission to use. Do not upload minors, celebrities or public figures, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

Generated videos

You may use the video you generate for personal, social media and commercial purposes when you own or have permission for the face in the photo and you follow the content policy. You are responsible for any audio you add and for each platform’s rules. AI output can contain mistakes; review the video before sharing. Results are labelled AI-generated in the product: keep that disclosure when you share them.

Payments

Each video costs $8.99 in USD, paid once through Stripe. One payment covers one generation, plus technical retries of the same order. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required. Refunds are handled under the refund policy.

Independent tool

This is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, record label, publisher or platform. All third-party names and sounds belong to their owners.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
